Aufgaben

We are looking for a commercial Sub-Division Manager for our newly established Sub-Division "Tunnelling Central and Eastern Europe" from 01.01.2024, based in Vienna or Prague. All tunnelling activities in the Eastern European region are bundled in this Sub-Division.

The Commercial Sub-Division Manager is in charge for the business activities in its area of responsibility within the framework of the business policy of the Group and the strategic orientation of the division together with the Technical Sub-Division Manager. You will lead your business units and support the implementation of the planning and evaluate the success. In particular, you are responsible for defining, promoting and enforcing the corporate principles and corporate culture as well as implementing the corporate strategies. You will be responsible for achieving the greatest possible success.
Your role will include:

• 
  Control of all commercial processes
• Preparation of annual budget planning and regular forecasts
• Project, administrative and overhead cost controlling
• Ensuring periodic commercial reporting
• Support in the acquisition of major and mega projects
• Commercial responsibility for all management contracts
• Management of procurement unit
• Planning, coordination and providing of business processes
• Core functions in recruitment, administration and development in cooperation with People & Culture Partners
• Periodic reporting to the Group and Division Management
• Operational support in legal disputes

Qualifikationen

• Professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility in either the construction industry or a related industry
• Work experience in an international environment / Eastern Europe is an advantage
• Holistic understanding of the business from a legal, commercial and technical point of view
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Ability to communicate professionally in English or German
• Willingness to travel
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Goal- and value-orientated, committed and self-responsible way of working
• High level of intercultural competence and enjoys working in an international environment
• High social and leadership skills
• You have a confident manner, assertiveness and strength of implementation
