Job Responsibilities:
- Handling discipline and grievance cases
- Plan, manage and implement company policies and procedures in accordance with the company directions and Malaysian regulation
- Ensure smooth implementation and enforcement of Company’s rules and regulation and policies
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
- Social responsibilities management
- Employees training and development
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Art in Human Resource or Business Studies / Administration / Management or other relevant discipline
- Good interpersonal, communication and interaction skill
- Good analytical skill, planning and organizing skill
- Able to work independently, resourceful and good sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Honest, ethical, and dependable
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
- Have strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and practice, Statutory requirement and other related legislation.
- Disciplined and resourceful with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Able to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, internet searching and etc.)

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
