Role Description
As a Business Development Expert at OmniSoftex Inc., you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of 25,000 to 30,000 PKR, requiring a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of market trends.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Market Research and Analysis:**

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform business development strategies.

2. **Lead Generation and Prospecting:**

- Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

3. **Client Relationship Management:**

- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.

4. **Proposal Development:**

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling and customized proposals.

- Present proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements and objectives.

5. **Sales Strategy and Forecasting:**
