Senior Financial Analyst (f/m/d)
A Day in the Life
- Support the OPS Finance Manager with the HPLC budgeting, forecasting and reporting for COGS (OCoGS & POS), Gross Margin, Productivity, HC, Capex & Inventory (incl Demos & Seeds)
- Drive analytics to explain variances using MS Navision & SAP with regards to product cost calculation (plan to actuals)
- Support monthly closing process for inventory and E&O reporting
- Produce, track and communicate respective KPIs and actions in a timely manner
- Work with the site leadership to review the monthly/quarterly budget cost center performance
- Partner with peers in the broader divisional finance team to work on the end-to-end busness forecasting, budgeting and reporting
- Organize reviews / forecast
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Drive the business intelligence development, implementation and maintenance
- Support the OPS Finance Manager with ad hoc requests and simplification Projects
Keys to Success
Education
- University degree in Finance or Economics
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a FP&A or Accounting function
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Advanced command of Excel, Hyperion, knowledge of MS Navision, SAP (Tableau is preferable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process driven thinking and passion for simplification
- Self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity and hands-on mentality
- Able to work high-paced in a deadline driven environment
- Fluent in English & German
