Role and Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of projects ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Visualization, monitoring and coordination of projects co-funded by National and European programmes
- Preparation of bids (technical/financial offers and supporting documents) for the provision of services to national public entities
- Business development (acquisition of new clients, expansion of collaborators’ networks, building bidding alliances etc.)
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics or Business Administration
- Excellent command of Greek and English language
- 5 years of experience in similar position with proven track record in national and European programmes/projects
Professional skills and assets:
- Solid experience in project management and in the provision of technical assistance services to Greek public authorities
- Excellent knowledge of Greek public procurement legislative and regulatory context, procedures and systems (Law 4412/2016, National System of Electronic Public Contracts – ESHDHS)
- Excellent knowledge of Greek public administration, processes and systems (OPS Ergorama, Central Electronic Register of Public Contracts – KHMDHS, Diavgeia)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of co-funded programmes
- Advanced computer literacy
