Reporting to: Urban & Regional Development sector (headquarters in Athens)

Role and Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of projects ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Visualization, monitoring and coordination of projects co-funded by National and European programmes
  • Preparation of bids (technical/financial offers and supporting documents) for the provision of services to national public entities
  • Business development (acquisition of new clients, expansion of collaborators’ networks, building bidding alliances etc.)

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics or Business Administration
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language
  • 5 years of experience in similar position with proven track record in national and European programmes/projects

Professional skills and assets:

  • Solid experience in project management and in the provision of technical assistance services to Greek public authorities
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek public procurement legislative and regulatory context, procedures and systems (Law 4412/2016, National System of Electronic Public Contracts – ESHDHS)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek public administration, processes and systems (OPS Ergorama, Central Electronic Register of Public Contracts – KHMDHS, Diavgeia)
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of co-funded programmes
  • Advanced computer literacy

  • Ability to take personal responsibility for delivery of high-quality results meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent networking and communication skills
