PRODUCT OWNER, ADVANCED ANALYTICS
As Lindström's new Product Owner in Advanced Analytics, you will develop our analytical capabilities to ensure data-driven decision making and continued business growth. In this role, you will keep up with industry trends and get to establish yourself at the heart of analytics and AI in an exciting and motivated organization. You will also establish and maintain the Lindström AI community as well as plan and lead AI related development work. You will report to the Director of Data & Analytics, and your location will be at our Head Office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, where we are working in a hybrid model.
Your key responsibilities in this role are:
- Defining the strategy for the advanced analytics solutions in alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Defining and maintaining the AI development methodology and planning resources
- Assessing and prioritizing features and establishing a roadmap based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact
- Engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders such as business leaders, engineers, designers, and data scientists by coordinating and facilitating effective communication
- Establishing and maintaining partner networks in AI (e.g. with vendors and consulting firms)
- Driving and facilitating the quick adoption of AI enabled tools and best practices as well as monitoring product performance and usage metrics
- Providing guidance in the use of advanced analytics and actively leading development processes and projects
- Contributing to data governance implementation, including processes and data ownership
- Collaborating with other product owners to build scalable AI solutions
We are looking for a new team member who has proven experience as a Product Owner or experience in a similar role in the field of data-driven product development. Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or equivalent
- Experience as Product Owner in advanced analytics or data-driven product development (or similar role)
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics concepts and tools, e.g. machine learning, data mining, predictive modelling, and data visualization
- Experience with tools such as Python, R, and SQL and familiarity with relevant software development tools and technologies
- Excellent collaboration and networking skills, and the ability to convey complex ideas to stakeholders from different areas of expertise
- Ability and willingness to partner with colleagues and stakeholders with varying competencies in cross-functional teams and in a multinational organization
- An independent and proactive approach as well as the willingness to develop and learn
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
