หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
New Product Development
  • Contact and coordinate with the customers.
  • Defining and managing all clients’ requirement/objective ensuring the project requirements are met at definite budget & time.
  • Transferring the information communicate project objective requirements to project members.
  • Hands-on project management for OEM including new product development and Product Launch.
  • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan ensuring the project is delivered as committed.
  • Assessing project issues and identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
  • Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
  • Proactively communicating project status, issues & risks to business and customers
  • Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.

Supply chain Management
  • Contact and coordinate with the customers.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.
  • Work closely with purchasing and Planning department to ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements.
  • Contact customers and make follow-up to confirm orders & delivery dates.
  • Prepare all related documents involving shipments and customer's requests.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer’s needs

  • Manage Inventory (Finished goods, Packaging, Raw material) for customers.

คุณสมบัติ
  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in Key Account - OEM / ODM Cosmetics.
  • Knowledge and ability in the use of a computer and SAP.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill.
  • Possess strong leadership skill.
  • High responsibility, Multi task working and able to work under pressure.
  • Good personality, Presentation skills and service mind.
