New Product Development
- Contact and coordinate with the customers.
- Defining and managing all clients’ requirement/objective ensuring the project requirements are met at definite budget & time.
- Transferring the information communicate project objective requirements to project members.
- Hands-on project management for OEM including new product development and Product Launch.
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan ensuring the project is delivered as committed.
- Assessing project issues and identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
- Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
- Proactively communicating project status, issues & risks to business and customers
- Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
Supply chain Management
- Contact and coordinate with the customers.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.
- Work closely with purchasing and Planning department to ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements.
- Contact customers and make follow-up to confirm orders & delivery dates.
- Prepare all related documents involving shipments and customer's requests.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer’s needs

- Manage Inventory (Finished goods, Packaging, Raw material) for customers.
คุณสมบัติ
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in Key Account - OEM / ODM Cosmetics.
- Knowledge and ability in the use of a computer and SAP.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill.
- Possess strong leadership skill.
- High responsibility, Multi task working and able to work under pressure.
- Good personality, Presentation skills and service mind.
