Treasury Manager for Ukraine is responsible for managing and directing treasury and associated risk management activities and processes for all Sanofi and Opella entities in Ukraine.
Key Activities
-
Designs and implements treasury policies within Ukraine
-
Maintains trusted relationships with banks and financial institutions, monitors development of financial markets and products and negotiates and controls bank rates and fees to achieve discounts, secure the adequate utilization of company funds from reliable sources at competitive rates and ensure that risk exposure stays within authorized risk limits

Responsible for bank account, bank credit facilities and other trade finance instruments e.g. bank guarantees, deposits, letters of credit etc

Maintains and updates banking PoAs

Monitors the payment process, proposes payment terms for major local providers
-
Ensures liquidity and approval of outgoing payments
-
Coordinates foreign currency exposure in line with Corporate Treasury Guidelines
-
Ensures timely and accurate cash flow reporting including cash forecast
-
Ensures timely and accurate Financing/Net Debt reporting and forecasting
-
Provides support regarding intercompany reconciliations
-
Monitors and reports cash KPIs (DSO, DPO, DIO, external FCF)
-
Coordinates insurance related activities
-
Coordinates company credit cards procedures
-
Cooperates with SBS/GBS Ci2C on credit control matters. Member of country credit committee

As business process owner of the ERP system for the treasury area monitors, evaluates & approves changes requested by users
About you:
Education:
-
Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics
-
MBA or MSc in Finance is a plus
Competencies & skills:
-
At least 5 years of experience in Treasury or Finance
-
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
-
Experience within an international working environment
-
Oral and written fluency in English. Ukrainian is a must
-
Knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint…)
-
Knowledge in SAP (ERP) – FI module
-
Key performance indicators knowledge and management (DSO, DPO, DIO, SIT, FCF)
-
Creativity, ability to resolve complex tasks
-
Time Management, planning and prioritizing
-
Self-autonomy and exceptional level of responsibility
