Growing IT consultancy requires a helpdesk agent to join the team. Must be able to take instructions, follow procedure, meet deadlines and work as part of a team and individually.
Education:
Matric non-negotiable
IT-related diploma or degree highly advantageous

Experience Required:
At least 3 years in a helpdesk / first line support position
5+ years in a helpdesk / first line support position preferable
Experience in Active Directory essential
Experience in desktop support essential
Skills:
Code 8 driver's license or better, non-negotiable
Fluent spoken and written English, non-negotiable
Excellent telephone manner, non-negotiable
Microsoft Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, 11, Server 2008-2022 operating systems essential
Microsoft Office 365 front-end and back-end knowledge essential
Active Directory management and maintenance essential
Microsoft Exchange highly advantageous
VMware / Hyper-V virtualisation platform understanding highly advantageous
MikroTik RouterOS highly advantageous
MacOS, iOS, Android troubleshooting skills advantageous
Ubuntu / CentOS administration advantageous
