We’re looking for outstanding Dealer Success members to join our Dealer Success Team. The ideal candidate should have the experience and skills listed in this job description as well as be flexible and have a hardworking approach. This individual should possess excellent communication skills, can work in a fast-paced environment, can multitask, and can manage and execute projects with minimal management supervision.

What You Will Do:

  • Demonstrate excellent work ethic and provide exceptional support to DigniFi merchant partners.
  • Perform specialized work, such as answering questions via phone, email, and chat about DigniFi products and troubleshooting concerns.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with DigniFi customers both internal and external.
  • Service accounts by investigating problems and finding resolutions to help towards solutions that best fit the customer needs, creating a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain superior quality assurance results.
  • Communicate often with management and team regarding customer's issues and offering ways to resolve them.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role. Sales experience or experience in a payment call center a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment.
  • Working knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to business needs.
  • Capability of gaining customer loyalty through listening, relationship building and professional and persuasive communication skills.
  • Team player seeking a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Cloud based products and Google apps.

Where You Will Work:

This position is remote and requires the employee to reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, or Washington.

Salary:

The base hourly range for this position is $18/hour - $22/hour. DigniFi salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience. Please note that the compensation details listed in postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonuses or benefits.
