The Job:
- Responsible for Strategic Vertical Segment sales team with multiple direct reports, reporting to Sr. Sales Manager or Sales Manager. Account coverage includes but not limit to Taiwan major ODMs, OEMs or Taiwan Design Centers of US companies.
- Responsible for managing sales activities for ODM accounts and experienced in managing OEM businesses at ODM level such as for major cloud service providers, enterprise server, wireless/wireline networking, consumer, communication customers, etc.
- Strong coordinating and interacting across vertical team in other locations and externally with ODM and OEM customers to ensure seamless working model.
- Develop and execute account business plan including targets, strategies and tactical plans to ensure the goals of revenues and designs.
- Anticipate and understand customers’ technical and business which are relative to Renesas product and service capability. Provide Renesas product solution and its value to meet customers’ needs and expectations.
- Ability to proactively communicate with BU marketing and technical supports counterparts to resolve business issues.
- Manage to collect and update market information in semiconductor industry, customers and customers’ corporate strategies and directions.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints and quality issues. Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide and maintain necessary business data includes customer demand forecast, revenue, inventory, backlog and billing/POS at regular basis and report to the company.
- Maintain customer contact and company profile database and action item tracking systems.
- Ensure timely submission of internal and external activity reports.
- Necessary visiting, meeting, joint events overseas
- Any other duties assigned by the company and supervisor
