Business Planning Manager [Taiwan]


 

Position

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for company (Annual operating budget plan and financial forecast in line with the strategies of business development, in accordance with Moet Hennessy/ MHAP financial planning requirements)
  • Provide the periodical and accurate financial analysis, reports and forecasts as business performance results in a timely manner; assist Finance Director to prepare findings, necessary changes and recommendations for management to enhance the operation costs efficiency and the high standard of profit margin
  • Responsible for the implementation and administration of Enterprise Risk and Internal Control Assessment; review and update the internal control documentations to identify the potential risks and provide possible action plans for management’s decision.
  • Oversee full implementation of Business Contingency Plan (BCP) to ensure the compliance with the corporate policies and guidelines
  • Assist Finance Director to continuously enhance the financial information system to improve the efficiency of the financial operations and supply chain management
  • Communicate the business plan and progress updates to stakeholders, including Exco and Managers
  • Coordinate with department head to submit weekly/monthly/quarterly business reports to regional
  • Provide guidance and support to other department to ensure they are aligned with business plan
  • Take lead for the projects assigned by Finance Director


Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or Business Management related. MBA preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experiences in finance and/ or accounting; experience in financial reporting is highly preferred. Experience in CPA firm is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, familiar with the local accounting principles and tax regulations
  • Possessing industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable
  • Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with ability in strategic planning, managing P&L and analyzing financial data


Additional information

  • Strong computer software application skills, especially Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with commercial team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Has ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
