Job Description:

Are you in your final year Science/Engineering degree in a technical subject (for example Physics, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other engineering/science field)? At Applied Medical we are looking for an intern to join our Strategic Research Department. You will be reporting to the Team Leader Strategic Research. In this role you will be responsible for project support, research, knowledge development and analysis of complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Project Support - Support the Strategic Research Department with new/existing projects
• Research - Conduct systematic preliminary investigations on diverse topics
• Knowledge Development - Develop and disseminate the stock of knowledge & expertise within the organization under guidance of the Team Leader Strategic Research
• Analysis - Performing ad-hoc queries for complex analysis

Requirements:

• Final year in your Science/Engineering degree
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
• Enthusiastic to perform an internship in an international environment
• Experience in Finite element methods is a bonus
• Available for at least 3 months, at least 4 days per week

• An internship allowance per month (€ 300 - € 500,-)
